BENEFITS OF LIBERTAD FREE ZONE
Get all the benefits of being in a Free Zone
Settling in Libertad Free Zone allows companies to develop under the 15921 law, accessing customs and tax exemptions.
Businesses installed in our free zone are able to develop and export goods and
services throughout the world exempt from any national tax created and to be created.
Free Zone lets all import costs not to be assumed until the import at the final destination is actually carried out,
enabing companies to have their stock without having to previously incur in customs expenses.
EXEMPTION OF IMPORT TAX
Any goods or services that enter the Free Zone will be exempt from import duties, regardless of whether they are new or used. They can remain in the Free Zone for an indefinite period of time.
EXEMPTION FROM ALL TAXES
Free Zone companies are exempt from all taxes created up to now or to be created in the future, which includes VAT, IRAE, Wealth Tax, among others.

Free movement of capital and free repatriation of profits.
Exemption from social security contributions for foreign officials who work there, with a limit of 25% of the payroll.
